Return Policy

To initiate a return/refund, customers must call our Signal Relief Customer Service number at (833) 572-0403 to obtain a return label.

A refund of the price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to damaged or defective merchandise.


Online purchases may be returned within 45 days.

We will issue a full refund for items returned within 45 days of the shipment date.

While we can replace most merchandise that was damaged or defective upon arrival, we cannot exchange items. In order to provide assistance as quickly as possible, please contact our Customer Service representatives for help in processing the return. Proof of purchase must be provided. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund.

Please note: Returns/refunds will not be issued for items that have been cut, altered, or otherwise intentionally damaged by the customer. We do not offer partial returns (i.e: if you purchased a multi-pack, no single patch returns will be accepted). Refunds or returns on product(s) purchased through third party vendors will not be accepted.

Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.

IF YOUR SIGNAL RELIEF PATCH IS UNOPENED, please send the item in its original packaging.

Include a copy of either the original receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the purchaser's full name, email address, and order number.
Attach the Return Shipping Label Authorization.
Use a secure shipping method to send the item(s) so the return can be tracked. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received
IF YOUR SIGNAL RELIEF PATCH HAS BEEN USED/OPENED...

For sanitary reasons, please remove any adhesive from the patch(es).
Pack the patch and any unused adhesives carefully inside the small patch envelope to prevent damage during the shipping process. There is no need to return the large white Signal Relief box.
